High School Athletic Director

Uncommon Schools seeks a High School Athletic Director to lead a mission-driven athletics program that supports student achievement and character development. The Director oversees all sports teams, hiring and coaching of staff, budgeting, scheduling, and safe event operations. This role ensures compliance with league and state regulations, manages facilities and equipment, and coordinates transportation and logistics. The Athletic Director builds strong relationships with students, families, and community partners while modeling Uncommon’s high expectations, data-driven practice, and commitment to educational equity and college readiness.
