Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for a Patient Care Executive The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, doctor Tyups, and patient care-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Patient Management & Registration at the Clinic. Patient Follow-up & Record Updation. Patient Feedback / Reviews Management. Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette. Experience in care coordination and patient care. Familiarity with medical terminology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
