Junior VoIP Engineer - Setup, Troubleshooting & SIP

Abacus is seeking a candidate to provide basic support for VoIP systems, IP phones, and voice communication services. You will assist with setup and configuration of IP phones and softphones, troubleshoot call quality and connectivity, and document issues.

Under supervision of senior engineers, you will configure user extensions and SIP accounts, maintain logs, and support day-to-day operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
