Project Manager Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project deliverables, risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
• Support large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing activities.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Coordinate stakeholders, drive accountability, and proactively resolve issues.
• Support implementation readiness, cutover, hypercare, and related activities as applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation development skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and independent follow-through.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have

• Experience with large-scale implementations and readiness initiatives.
• Cutover or hypercare coordination experience.
• Experience tracking project risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.

Important: This is not a testing-focused role. The emphasis is on project management, readiness coordination, stakeholder alignment, and reporting.
