Elemental Communications is a B2B sales agency helping foreign companies enter the Adria region. We run multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling — powered by AI tools and a human-led sales process.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing team.

What you will do:

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other platforms
• Support email marketing campaigns and track performance
• Research target markets and build basic prospect lists
• Manage and update CRM with campaign data
• Create visual content using Canva or similar tools

What we are looking for:

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Canva or basic marketing tools
• Detail-oriented and self-organized
• Experience is a plus but not required, we train you
