Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, controls and performance management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial management, planning and strategy.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow across centres.
• Develop and monitor centre-wise financial performance and profitability.
• Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial dashboards.
• Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding collections and working capital.
• Establish strong financial controls and identify revenue leakages.
• Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and internal audits.
• Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Develop financial policies, controls and approval mechanisms.
• Review major expenditures, procurement costs and operational expenses.
• Analyse marketing expenditure and ROI.
• Support management in pricing, expansion and investment decisions.
• Prepare financial models for new centres, projects and business expansion.
• Monitor budgets versus actual performance and initiate corrective action.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising patient care.
• Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, errors and financial leakage.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Marketing, Procurement and Centre Managers on financial matters.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Management/Board.

Qualification

• CA – Chartered Accountant preferred.
• MBA Finance / CMA / equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning and corporate finance.
• Experience
• 10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/IVF or multi-unit organisations.
• Experience in managing finance across multiple branches/centres will be preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
