School Office Support Paraprofessional
Parnassus Preparatory School is currently accepting applications for a full-time Office Support Paraprofessional. This paraprofessional position supports the daily operations of the school office by working closely with the Office Manager, administrators, students, families, and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values organization and service, and wants to contribute to the success of a thriving school community. Paraprofessionals work during the school calendar year and have school breaks and summers off.
Minimum Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, staff, and visitors
• Comfort using computers and managing data entry tasks
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and solution-oriented when addressing concerns
• Ability to assist with student health, hygiene, and personal care needs as necessary while following school procedures
