Voip Engineer

We are seeking a candidate with who can provide basic support for VoIP systems, IP phones, and voice communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and configuration of IP phones and softphones.
• Troubleshoot basic calling, connectivity, and call-quality issues.
• Assist with configuring user extensions and SIP accounts under senior team members’ supervision.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, routers, and internet connectivity.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
• Maintain basic technical documentation and issue logs.
• Support day-to-day VoIP and telephony operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking, IP addresses, LAN, and internet connectivity.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP and IP telephony.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn VoIP technologies and technical processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of SIP, IP phones, softphones, or VoIP platforms.
• Any academic project, internship, or certification related to networking, VoIP, or telecommunications.
