Together with InteliX Systems , we support US Federal and SLED agencies by delivering healthcare staffing, IT solutions, and proposal management services.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and develop proposals for US Federal and SLED government opportunities.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather proposal content.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal documents.
• Ensure proposals comply with solicitation requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines.
• Manage proposal timelines and maintain proposal documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• 0.6–6 years of experience in US Federal/SLED Proposal Writing (Healthcare and/or IT).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
