The CIB Operations Product & Strategic Delivery team is seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant 4 (BEC 4) to support initiatives within the client onboarding and client maintenance space.
This role will partner across Operations and other key stakeholders to support business initiatives, manage project deliverables, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive execution of strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring strong Business Analyst (BA) skills, program/project management experience, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to independently own and execute a book of work with limited oversight.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives supporting CIB Operations client onboarding and client maintenance processes.Own standalone projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.Gather and document business requirements, conduct fact finding, analyze processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, and other business functions to drive project execution and issue resolution.Develop project plans, track milestones and dependencies, identify risks and issues, and drive accountability across stakeholders.Facilitate working sessions and group meetings, communicate project status, and provide clear updates to leadership and business partners.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within onboarding and client maintenance workflows.Support strategic initiatives by evaluating business impacts, developing recommendations, and helping implement approved solutions.Utilize data and business analysis to support decision-making and resolve complex or multifaceted business issues.Work within an Agile environment and leverage tools such as JIRA to manage project activities, requirements, and deliverables.Collaborate with Business Execution team members and leadership to support broader CIB Operations priorities.Influence and guide less experienced team members as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Business Analysis, or equivalent demonstrated experience through work, training, military experience, or education.Strong Business Analyst / Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and solution development.Demonstrated experience owning and executing standalone projects or initiatives with limited oversight.Experience with program or project management, including managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business partners and leadership.Ability to lead cross-functional working groups and drive accountability across stakeholders.Experience working in an Agile environment.Experience with JIRA or similar project management/workflow tools.Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical recommendations and solutions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or a financial services operations environment.Experience supporting client onboarding, client lifecycle management, or client maintenance processes.Experience working with Product, Operations, Technology, or other cross-functional teams.Proficiency with PowerPoint and the ability to develop clear, executive-ready presentations.Experience facilitating group calls, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings. xzbcwsv Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiencies.
