Senior Production Manager - Restoration Company

Our Restoration client is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our production operations across the Atlanta market. This is a highimpact leadership role responsible for overseeing all mitigation and reconstruction activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. We are looking for a proven restoration leader who understands the insurance restoration business and is energized by helping grow a company from $2M to $5M+ in annual revenue. Position Overview The Senior Production Manager owns the full production pipeline, including: Water mitigation operations Fire, smoke, and contents restoration Reconstruction project management Crew scheduling and dispatch Field technicians an
