Role Description The Sales Associate role at Morgane Le Fay can be either full-time or part-time and is an on-site position located in New York, NY. In this role, the Sales Associate will welcome clients, provide attentive and knowledgeable service, and guide customers through the brand’s collections to support thoughtful purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms, handling POS transactions, managing client inquiries, and supporting inventory processes such as restocking and organizing merchandise. The Sales Associate will build long-term relationships through clienteling, follow-up communication, and personalized styling advice, while consistently upholding the brand’s luxury standards of presentation and professionalism. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, assist with visual merchandising, and represent the brand’s values and aesthetics in all customer interactions.QualificationsCustomer service and sales skills, including client engagement, relationship building, and experience working in a retail or luxury fashion environment.Product knowledge and styling abilities, with interest in designer fashion, fabric qualities, fit, and the ability to provide thoughtful wardrobe and styling recommendations.Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional, respectful approach to interacting with diverse clients and colleagues.Organizational and operational skills, such as handling POS systems, managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and following store procedures reliably.Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. xzbcwsv Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.Prior experience in luxury retail or boutique fashion is strongly preferred
