Position: General Manager (GM) Location: Goa We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our premium fine dining restaurant in Goa. Requirements: Minimum 12+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. Mandatory experience in Fine Dining restaurants. Degree from a recognized IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) is required. Strong leadership, team management, guest relations, and restaurant operations expertise. Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost control, SOPs, and service excellence.
