We're looking for a Video Lead who can do more than edit. Someone who can lead creative thinking, mentor a team, shape compelling visual stories, and elevate the quality of every video that leaves the agency. What you'll do Lead the creative direction for video content across digital, social, branding, and integrated campaigns. Translate briefs into engaging concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that bring brands to life. Oversee the complete process-from ideation and shoots to editing, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery.
