Ideal candidate will have an MBA in Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business. Must have experience partnering with both commercial and operations stakeholders. QualificationsBachelors in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or AccountingMBA in above disciplines highly preferredProven Supply Chain experience indicating a strong understanding of impact on the business10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years in Supply Chain including “Best Practices”Proven experience in sales and operations in a leadership role, including assuming xzbcwsv a high profile position in communicating and representing the critical nature of an effective and cross-communicative approach between sales and operations teamsAble to effectively influence and drive decision-making around improvements and change across an organization, including leveraging business partnering skillsTrack record of success involving supply/demand planning, managing order flow and working capital within a seasoned Sales and Operations environmentProven experience achieving KPIs, including developing and leading the execution across multiple teamsAdvance Excel required, including leveraging database tools to analyze and report on sizable data sets
