ABOUT THE ROLE:

Masrah Films is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team. If you're passionate about storytelling, enjoy editing engaging visual content, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Junior Video Editor, you will work closely with our creative team to edit high-quality videos for advertisements, social media campaigns, brand films, corporate videos, and other digital content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that align with the project's creative vision.
• Create short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop to enhance video content through transitions, motion graphics, color correction, and basic visual effects.
• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and designers to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and improve edits.
• Stay updated with current editing trends, social media content formats, and AI-powered editing tools.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills and creative abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools that improve editing workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must have a personal PC or laptop capable of handling professional video editing.
• Availability to work full-time from our Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi office.
