This is a senior operational role within a well-established, family-originated care provider operating multiple homes across Kent and Medway. The successful candidate will provide governance oversight, management support, and operational leadership across multiple sites.RoleOversee governance inspections and audits across the care home portfolioProvide temporary operational cover in the absence of individual Home ManagersConduct Home Manager supervisions and appraisalsSupport Home Managers with HR matters and staff managementAdvise senior leadership on operational issues across the homesLiaise with local authorities, CQC, and NHS partnersEnsure company policies, procedures, and CQC standards are consistently metReview finance forms for prospective residents and authorise requisitionsRequirementsProven experience managing or overseeing multiple CQC-regulated care homesExperience managing a large residential care home — essentialStrong knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and CQC frameworkExcellent leadership, governance, and operational management skillsExperience across older adults, dementia, learning disabilities, and physical disabilitiesThe ServiceGroup of 10 residential care homes across Kent and MedwayAdults over and under 65, dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilitiesCommutable AreasMaidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Chatham, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Tonbridge and surrounding areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
