The Human Resources Manager will provide on-site support to Sodexo managers and employees on all hospital/Sodexo policies and procedures, HR initiatives and training. This position will have a focus on hourly staff recruitment, on-boarding new employees, training, and employee engagement. The initial focus will support the HR function, as well as staff throughout the system covering payroll, attendance tracking, strategy development for staff, and retention strategies for both the client and Sodexo.
