Sales Manager - Real Estate Residential Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive residential sales for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive residential sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned project/territory
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through proactive outreach
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close sales
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales approach
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in sales, with residential real estate sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
