Job Overview

Project Management Unit (PMU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education and Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh invites expressions of interest from eligible individual consultants to provide consulting services. This is a contract-based position located in Karachi, Sindh.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess CA / ACCA / ICMA or equivalent qualification. HEC recognized Master's degree in Public Financial Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. Total education of 16 years with relevant professional experience is mandatory. Candidates should have at least 08 years of relevant experience in public financial management, accounting, or audit in government or international public sector accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting software and enterprise resource planning systems like SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
• FABS (Government Financial Accounting and Budgeting System) working knowledge.
• Financial decision-making and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in Urdu and English.
