JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview Delivery & Process Ownership

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for Lending domain projects.

• Own the overall quality of testing deliverables and timely project execution.

• Drive testing governance, quality assurance, defect management, and process compliance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for test delivery and quality-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery across projects.

• Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Governance framework.

• Define resource requirements, allocation plans, and technical skill requirements.

• Create Test Design, Test Execution Plans, and testing schedules.

• Manage and monitor defect lifecycle and defect resolution activities.

• Drive continuous Test Improvement Initiatives across the project lifecycle.

• Ensure adequate test coverage for business, functional, and integration requirements.

• Identify project risks, quality concerns, and mitigation strategies.

• Maintain quality standards and release readiness throughout the project.

• Review testing deliverables and ensure adherence to quality objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Interact closely with Bank stakeholders for project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.

• Provide regular status updates to Delivery Managers and Program Managers.

• Coordinate with Business, Development, and Project teams to ensure testing alignment.

• Escalate critical risks and dependencies in a timely manner.

Quality Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GBK and QualityKiosk processes and standards.

• Drive process adherence, audits, and quality governance activities.

• Establish quality checkpoints and review mechanisms.

• Ensure all testing deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks.

Defect Management

• Lead defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and closure activities.

• Analyze defect trends and identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure timely resolution of critical and high-priority defects.

• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.

Metrics & Reporting

• Responsible for metrics measurement, analysis, and implementation. • Track testing KPIs, defect metrics, execution status, and quality indicators.

• Prepare and present dashboards and project quality reports.

• Provide management visibility through regular reporting and reviews.
