Geriatric Psychiatrist | Institute of Living | Hartford, Connecticut

The Institute of Living (IOL) at Hartford Hospital , a member of Hartford HealthCare , is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our distinguished faculty as a full-time Attending Psychiatrist on our Adult Inpatient and Outpatient Services.

This position is ideal for a psychiatrist who is passionate about geriatric mental health , resident education , and collaborative, academically oriented practice.

This is a salaried position. While compensation is presented as an hourly rate for consistency across our postings, this position is paid on a salary basis. The hiring range reflects a good faith estimate of pay for this position as of the posting date. Actual pay will be determined based on qualifications, location, internal equity, and other factors that may include hire bonuses, incentive pay plans, loan repayment, administrative stipends, or relocation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Fellowship training or additional qualifications in Geriatric Psychiatry
• Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
