Connect Search is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed healthcare company to hire a Corporate Controller.
This approximately $100M business is expanding nationally through acquisitions. You’ll own accounting, lead a lean team, and keep financial reporting accurate and timely as the company grows.
The roleOwn month-end close, consolidations, and GAAP financial reporting.Lead and develop a three-person accounting team.Review journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts.Partner with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue recognition and receivables.Oversee audits, internal controls, and accounting policies.Support acquisition integration and improve accounting processes.
What we’re looking forPrior Controller experience with ownership of an accounting department.Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on close experience.Multi-entity accounting and team leadership experience.Ability to independently resolve issues and manage priorities.Healthcare and private equity experience preferred. xzbcwsv CPA a plus
