Job Title: Senior Project Manager - EHS / Cority Programs

Location – Chicago, IL (customer location)

4 days onsite

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong EHS domain expertise and hands-on experience delivering Cority, Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, or similar EHS platform implementations and support programs. The individual will be responsible for managing large-scale, multi-vendor engagements, coordinating global teams, driving governance, and ensuring successful delivery across business, technology, and compliance workstreams. The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, implementation partners, and software vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EHS (Cority) platform implementation, enhancement, and AMS programs.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, EHS SMEs, Testing teams, Change Management teams, and Support teams.
• Coordinate with client business stakeholders, EHS leadership, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Establish and manage program governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
• Oversee project planning, resource management, budget tracking, scope management, and risk mitigation.
• Drive workshops for requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment planning, and production rollouts.
• Ensure successful coordination with Cority and other vendor teams for product configurations, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project KPIs, delivery milestones, budget adherence, and quality metrics.
• Lead Hypercare and transition to Application Managed Services (AMS) support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven experience leading EHS or Sustainability platform implementations.
• Experience managing global delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management experience.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices
