Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Sous Chef to support our resident-first dining experience in an upscale, independent senior living community. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll help lead daily kitchen operations, from prepping and cooking high-quality, nutritious meals to supervising line staff and ensuring consistent presentation and portion control. You’ll maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, support menu execution, and assist with inventory and ordering. This role thrives in a team-oriented, hospitality-driven environment, delivering warm, resort-style service to seniors.
