Litigation Attorney (Contract) Locations: TX, MA, NC, SC, IL, PA, MO, CA, OR, WA, FL, TN, NJ, NY, DC, DE *Must be licensed and physically located in the same approved state* *No concurrent work allowed* We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a fully remote contract role. Candidates can work in any time zone but must be available for periodic EST meetings. This role focuses on litigation support rather than court appearances or motion practice and is ideal for attorneys who can step in and contribute immediately. Interested applicants can forward their resume to Responsibilities: Draft and respond to discovery requests Assess whether subpoenas should be issued Prepare deposition outlines Develop witness preparation materials Draft discovery responses Conduct legal analysis to support ongoing matters Qualifications: 4+ years of litigation experience Strong understanding of litigation process and ability to work independently Mass tort litigation experience is highly preferred Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training Must be licensed and physically located in the same approved state Additional Details: Contract length: approximately 6+ months Schedule: 35–40 hours per week No concurrent legal work permitted Pay: $70-$80/hour (w2) paid for time worked This is a great opportunity for a litigation attorney looking for a stable, long-term contract role with consistent hours and substantive support work.
