Performance Marketing Associate Account Executive

Location: New York City, NY (On-site Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays)

Pay: $53/hour

Contract Length: 6+ Months

About the Opportunity

Professional Search Group is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Associate Account Executive for an exciting opportunity with a leading entertainment and media organization known for its iconic television networks, streaming platforms, and globally recognized brands.

This role will focus on growing advertising revenue across both linear and digital media, working with established client and agency relationships to develop effective campaigns and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in media planning and advertising sales, understands campaign performance, and knows how to connect advertising solutions with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance advertising revenue across linear and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising clients and agency partners.
• Support sponsorships, integrations, campaign implementation, and performance reporting.
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Align advertising solutions with client goals and performance objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful campaigns and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of media planning experience with a major publisher or advertising agency.
• Experience in advertising sales and media planning.
• Linear and digital advertising experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with a streaming company, agency, publisher, or on the client side is welcome.
• Strong analytical skills, including media math, data manipulation, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
