Travel About the Opportunity We are seeking a

motivated, compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to join a

quality-driven outpatient clinic

focused on improving patients’ independence and functional performance in daily activities. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy

hands-on treatment , functional rehabilitation, and working closely with Occupational Therapists in a collaborative team environment.

New graduate COTAs are welcome , with structured supervision and mentorship provided. What You’ll Do Deliver skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes Provide

1:1 patient-centered care Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity function, coordination, and fine motor skills Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising OT Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs Clinic Environment Outpatient orthopedic and general rehab setting Modern equipment and well-organized treatment areas Supportive leadership, OT supervision, and administrative support Qualifications Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active (or pending) state COTA license New Graduate COTAs welcome Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay
