Bridgekeys Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our luxury real estate sales division. This role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing teams selling premium and luxury residential properties and consistently delivering exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth.
• Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury real estate sales team.
• Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential projects while managing HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor relationships.
• Support high-value negotiations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain CRM excellence.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with developer partners to maximize business growth.
• Represent Bridgekeys at luxury project launches, networking events, and developer meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales.
• Mandatory experience as a Team Leader managing a team selling luxury residential real estate.
• Proven success in achieving high-value sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
• Strong understanding of Bangalore's luxury real estate market.
