Design Collaborative is seeking an experienced Project Architect / Architectural Designer who is passionate about creating people‑first places. This role is ideal for a curious, creative, and solution‑oriented designer who enjoys owning their work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction.
What You’ll DoContribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction AdministrationDevelop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM toolsCollaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutionsPresent design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleaguesPartner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgetsParticipate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations
What We're Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program5+ years of professional architectural design experienceRegistered Architect (RA) or actively working toward licensureCommercial project experience, preferably in one or more of the following markets: Higher Education, Corporate/Workplace, xzbcwsv and FinancialStrong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through constructionProficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organization, communication, and time‑management skillsAbility to balance big‑picture thinking with technical precision
