About the Role

Haute World Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue, and achieve project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies.

Manage leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and sales reports.

Train and mentor sales executives to improve conversions.

Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Coordinate with the marketing team for effective lead management.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Min. 5 in Real Estate Sales .

Builder/Real Estate Developer firm experience is MANDATORY.

Only candidates with previous experience working with a Builder/Real Estate Developer firm can apply.

Candidates from brokerage firms, property consultants, channel partners, or other industries will NOT be considered.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Strong knowledge of real estate sales and property transactions.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY

BUILDER FIRM EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

Experience: Min. 5 Years

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
