Customer Service/Relocation CoordinatorWe are actively seeking to fill the position of Client Service Coordinator in order to better support our company's growth. This position will work closely with other team members to service our clients. Job responsibilities include customer service and administrative duties as well as some marketing activities.Duties And Responsibilities:Assist with Operations and Customer ServiceProcess new initiations and provide service supportCoordinate an array of service offerings for multiple clientsUpdate client records in CRMMaintain client filesClient CommunicationsCommunication to various levels of client managementCommunication with service vendorsCommunication with transferring employees for our clientsAssist with Business Development & MarketingPromote TRC services to clients via phone and emailSocial Media MarketingRequirements:Strong oral and written communication skillsThorough knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems, phone systems and other office equipmentSocial media marketing experience a plusReal estate experience a plus, but not requiredMust be organized, punctual and dependableAbout The Relocation Center:The Relocation Center is a family owned relocation management company headquartered in St. Francisville, LA.
