Ohio Ag Connection is seeking a Plant Manager for a food and beverage manufacturer in Ohio. The ideal candidate will hold a BS degree in Business Management or a related field and bring 5–10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage manufacturing.

A strong floor leadership ability and openness to change are essential, along with a solid production management background and maintenance focus. This is a full-time, hands-on role within a dynamic leadership team.
