We're looking for exceptional engineers and leaders to join us in Pune or Bangalore to help build this platform. This isn't a "big company problems, big company headcount" environment - you'll own systems end-to-end, with a bar for technical rigor set by experience at top product tech companies, but a working style built for a company still being built.
Role Overview
Lead finance setup, country transition and post go-live stabilization including RTR and P2 P ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Support finance setup and onboarding for new country operations Deploy accounting and P2 P processes in SAP S/4 HANA Manage initial month-end closure and operational stabilization Support vendor onboarding and payment setup Establish SOPs and control frameworks Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders Track project milestones and transition readiness Drive process standardization across countries Prepare MIS and variance analysis reportsRequirements
Strong understanding of accounting principles including debits and credits Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work across cultures and time zones Willingness to travel to African countries as required. Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferredERP Exposure
