Hiring: Manager – Faculty Engagement & Community

Location: Bengaluru (Travel Across India)

Experience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a nationwide faculty community and local chapter network.
• Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic stakeholders.
• Organise Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), chapter meetups, and on-campus events.
• Manage and grow digital faculty communities.
• Recruit and mentor faculty champions across regions.
• Track community engagement and chapter performance.

Mandatory Skills

• 10 years of experience in Community Management, Higher Education, or EdTech.
• Strong experience in institutional outreach and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience building communities or chapter networks from scratch.
• Experience planning and executing on-ground events across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Master's degree (PhD preferred).
