Idaho Youth Ranch seeks a mission-driven Chief Behavioral Health Officer to lead behavioral health and support services for youth and families across Idaho. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CBHO will oversee clinical, residential, and non-clinical programs, ensuring trauma-informed, high-quality care and operational excellence.

With a Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of progressive behavioral health leadership, you will guide multi-site programs, drive regulatory
