The role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in luxury women wear ethnic apparel manufacturing, specializing in Aari, Adda, Zardozi, Resham, Sequin, Beadwork, Mirror Work, Thread Embroidery, and other intricate handcrafted embellishments . The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, quality, productivity, cost optimization, and timely execution while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
