Location: Laredo, TX
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099)
Schedules: Monday through Friday

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our behavioral health team.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for behavioral health patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health services.
Compensation
- $120,000–$180,000 annually
- Compensation is based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or outpatient medicine preferred.
- New graduates with active licensure are encouraged to apply!
- PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable.
- Active Texas (TX) license and DEA registration.
