Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive – Business Development to drive institutional sales across schools, colleges and universities in Bengaluru . This is a field-intensive, target-driven role involving lead generation, institutional outreach, client meetings and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges and universities across Bengaluru.
- Build relationships with Principals, School/College Management, Placement Officers, Admin Heads and other key decision-makers .
- Conduct regular field visits and sales presentations to educational institutions.
- Promote Wonderla’s student/group visit packages, educational outings and institutional offerings .
- Develop and maintain a strong institutional sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with institutions and convert leads into confirmed group bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional visits.
- Participate in school/college outreach activities, exhibitions and networking events .
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales performance updates.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales
Desired Profile
- Kannada & English fluency (mandatory)
- Willingness to conduct in-person meetings.
- Two-wheeler Mandatory
