Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, articulate and student-focused Admission Counsellor to manage prospective parent enquiries and support families throughout the school admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, walk-ins and other channels.
• Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, fee structure and admission process.
• Understand the requirements of prospective families and recommend appropriate academic pathways.
• Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry and application to registration and enrolment.
• Conduct campus visits and provide an engaging overview of the school's academic and co-curricular offerings.
• Follow up regularly with prospective parents and maintain accurate enquiry/admission records.
• Coordinate with academic, administrative and finance teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain and update admission databases, MIS and enquiry trackers.
• Participate in admission events, open houses, orientations and promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive admission experience.
• Achieve admission/enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of parent service.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, education counselling, parent relations, inside sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills; Hindi proficiency will be an advantage.
• Confident presentation and counselling abilities.
• Good knowledge of school admissions and education systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining databases/MIS.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and parent-friendly approach.
• Target-oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple enquiries simultaneously.
