We're partnering with a thriving, multi-specialty healthcare organization in Central New Jersey to find their next VP of Revenue Cycle Management- someone who can bring structure, strategy, and strong vendor oversight to a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Own:Lead the full revenue cycle, from charge capture through billing, collections, and final account resolution, across all locationsManage a team of internal staff alongside multiple outsourced RCM vendorsDirect payer strategy and performance across commercial and government payersPartner with Compliance and clinical leadership to safeguard documentation, coding, and billing accuracyDrive cash acceleration and denial management strategies to strengthen financial performanceEvaluate and implement automation and AI-enabled tools to modernize revenue cycle operationsGuide the integration of newly acquired practices into centralized RCM processes
What We're Looking For:10+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 5+ years in senior leadershipExperience overseeing multi-location and/or multi-specialty operationsStrong track record managing both internal teams and third-party RCM vendorsBachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field); Master's preferredMulti-specialty practice experience strongly preferred; background in a specialty like gastroenterology is a plusComfort working in a private equity-backed or investor-owned healthcare environment is a plus
