The role involves drawing blood from patients of all ages and processing samples efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Draw blood from patients of all ages, handling 150-180 sticks per day between the staff. Process samples, including bagging, pipetting to transfer tubes, and pouring off urines. Utilize venipuncture techniques to collect blood specimens. Ensure accurate labeling and processing of specimens. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional patient care. Essential Skills Phlebotomy certification Proficiency in blood draw and venipuncture techniques Experience in healthcare settings Strong blood drawing skills Additional Skills
