I am currently partnering with a nationally recognized General Contractor looking to expand its Airport/Aviation division out of its Indianapolis market. The Role Itself:Manage construction projects within the airport/aviation sectorsIndianapolis would be the home base between trips, with all business travel expenses coveredRelocation assistance available for qualified candidates based outside the Indianapolis areaTravel to project sites nationwide, primarily throughout the Midwest, with potential opportunities further East and Southeast (nothing West of the Rockies)Periodic travel every 2–3 weeks, typically spending a few days on-site per trip before returning
Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 2–5 years of construction management experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and/or Project ManagerThose with more extensive experience will be considered for higher-level compensation.Must be open to periodic regional/national travel, though previous traveling isn't experience is not required.**Prior exposure to airport/aviation construction projects absolutely necessary**Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. xzbcwsv
CompensationBase salary starting at $100,000-$120,000 for candidates meeting the minimum requirementsFlexible up to $140,000-$150,000 for more experienced Project ManagersAll business-related travel expenses covered by the company
