WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – CAREER SERVICES & PLACEMENTS

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12–15 Years

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head our Career Services & Placements function and drive impactful career outcomes for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the overall Career Services & Placement strategy

* Build strong relationships with CHROs, TA Leaders, Corporates & Staffing Firms

* Drive employer partnerships and placement opportunities across multiple industries

* Lead learner employability and career readiness initiatives

* Own end-to-end placement operations and hiring events

* Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and learner outcomes

* Lead and mentor teams across Corporate Outreach, Career Services & Placement Operations

What We’re Looking For:

* 12–15 years of experience in Career Services, Placements, Corporate Relations, TA, or HR

* 7–9 years of experience in leading Placement/Career Services teams

* Strong employer and recruiter network

* Proven experience in building corporate partnerships and driving placement outcomes

* Experience in Higher Education, Universities, EdTech, or Workforce Development preferred

* MBA/PGDM preferred
