You will be completing minor furniture repairs on all types of product damage, including handling or damage that may occur with furniture purchased in customers’ homes. It is critical to have a customer centric mindset as your service is direct to the customer and our goal is to always give our customers a world class experience. <b>Responsibilities:</b> </p><ul><li>Repairs with little guidance on all product types.</li><li>Completes all repair types of entry level with additional skills</li></ul> requirements. <ul><li>Performs minor repair on top of surface of case pieces and tables.</li><li>Performs solid color paper/side refinishes.</li><li>Performs small corner damages that requires rebuild.</li><li>Has general understanding of spray booth set up and use.</li><li>Performs advance replacement part repairs.</li><li>Communicates any maintenance of tools, parts and hardware needed as well as</li></ul> keeping repair area/shop clean. * Helps to inspect damaged product and conveys if it can be repaired to like new conditions. * Works with warehouse personnel on techniques of minor touch up on products during the inspection process. <ul><li>Documents and follows through on reocurring product damages.</li><li>Assists other technicians.</li><li>Accurately reports situations that occur when repairs can not be completed.</li><li>Must be able to assess damages to determine the most efficient way to repair</li></ul> them. * Identifies damage, loss or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse. * Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. <ul><li>Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas.</li><li>Maintains proper safety usage of all products that are used within the</li></ul> department.
