Position Overview:

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated professionals with a background from top-tier consultancies like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Strategy&, Roland Berger, Accenture Strategy, to join our Founder’s Office team. This is an exciting and dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will oversee multiple business initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and impactful project execution across various functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Support: Work directly with the Founder to assist with high-priority projects and business initiatives, providing analytical support, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations.

· Project Management: Oversee and manage the execution of key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.

· Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with different departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.

· Business Analytics & Reporting: Provide key performance analysis and progress reports on various projects, ensuring the Founder stays informed on all critical developments.

· Problem Solving & Decision Making: Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder by identifying business challenges, suggesting solutions, and aiding in the decision-making process.

· Process Optimization: Help improve operational processes and internal workflows, ensuring efficiency across the organization.

· Market Research & Strategy Formulation: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assist in the formulation of strategic business decisions and expansion plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: 2-3 years of work experience with top consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Strategy&, Roland Berger, or Accenture Strategy with a focus on management consulting, strategy, or business operations.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, develop insights, and present actionable recommendations.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

· Leadership & Initiative: Proven ability to take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and drive results.

· Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.

· Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

· Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
