Hiring: HR Systems Analyst | Oracle HCM Fusion
Location: 100% Remote (Full-Time Work from Home)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Are you an Oracle HCM professional who enjoys solving HR technology challenges and working across both functional and technical areas? Join our team to support and enhance Oracle HCM Fusion while partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Fusion modules including Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation, Learning, Performance, and Journeys
- Manage Workforce Structures, AORs, approvals, and security configurations
- Develop and maintain Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP integrations, HDL/HSDL data loads, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage HR technology support tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, documentation, and system enhancements
- Monitor third-party integrations and drive continuous process improvements
Mandatory Skills
- 1+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Fusion experience (Administration/Configuration/Support)
- Experience with Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and/or Compensation modules
- Hands-on experience with:
- Fast Formula
- HCM Extracts
- REST/SOAP APIs
- OTBI & BI Publisher
- HDL/HSDL
- ServiceNow or any ITSM tool
4. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
- Oracle HCM Fusion Certification
- Experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platform
- Exposure to global HR environments
