We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.Job Description: The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, Professional Attitude, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Record patient history and personal informationMeasure vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weightAssist healthcare providers during examinations and minor proceduresSet up room for procedures.Manage patient appointments and follow-up schedulesMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, make sure all information is updated before patient is seen.Ensure a clean and organized workspaceProvide patient education and support as neededHandle administrative tasks including answering phones and managing patient inquiriesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a Medical Assistant program CMA, RMA, or CCMACertificaton Stronly preferredPrevious experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar roleKnowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical proceduresProficient in using electronic health records systems.
