Operating as a "workspace-in-a-box" provider, Venn serves startups, unicorns, and enterprises with flexible option. Role Overview: We currently have approx. 500,000 sq. ft. of Commercial Space under development and another 2-3 million under planning phase. You will be responsible for leasing related activities including planning, preparing, marketing, prospecting and executing commercial leases of commercial properties in the Bangalore region. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Leasing: Formulate and execute targeted leasing strategies for commercial properties, identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients and sectors to optimize
