What You'll Be Doing ?
Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives Execute. Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end Support business planning, research, and decision-making Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights Handle special projects across product, operations, and growthWhat We're Looking For ?
4-8 years of experience in consulting or startups Strong problem-solving and structured thinking Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments Clear communication and ownership mindset High attention to detail and ability to execute independently Willingness to take on diverse responsibilitiesLocation: From our Delhi office
